Return Policy
At ORGANIZELAB, we stand behind the quality of our products. You may return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fees apply.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] or call (206) 555-1234 to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
